Really bad service. I only found out at the very last page before ordering, that there were extra costs for taxes etc. This was not clear at all on the website. I asked for an estimation of in the costs, never got a response. Ordered anyway, because of my son's birthday. Scooter came too late, way later than promised. Had to buy another birthday gift. And taxes and costs were double the price of the scooter itself!!! Dont order here. | |

For the Mexican market, before you checkout the order, you have to click on "I accept that I will have to pay VAT and probably customs" since you don't pay the european VAT but it's mandatory to pay the Mexican one, which is 10% lower. The customs do not always make you pay, so we cannot give to the customers a specific amount to pay. We never received any email from you asking about this questions before you placing the order, since we reply 100% of the emails we receive. Regarding the delivery date, you placed the order the 28th of November, the parcel was shipped the 29th and it was delivered on the 5th of December. It took just 4 business days to be delivered all the way from Europe to Mexico when we normally say it could take from 4-6 business days. We are very sorry to read that you didn't have the presents for your son's birthday. I hope he is enjoying the presents. If there is something we can do for you, let us know. Javier |
