Il telaio da BMX Voyager è il risultato ottenuto da un gruppo di rider del team che si sono impuntati affinché le loro richieste in fatto di design fossero esaudite. Volume li ha ascoltati attentamente per realizzare tutte le loro ottime idee.
Il mix di alette di rinforzo, microfusione e trattamento a caldo permettono a questo telaio di resistere ai maltrattamenti più atroci, come, ad esempio, negli atterraggi più violenti. Inoltre, l'ottimo fodero posteriore a S vi permette di combinare questo telaio BMX con tutti i tipi più comuni di ruote larghe.
